About

Mission

We collaborate to invent, support and implement innovations that help small and independent medical practices committed to relationship-based care thrive because we believe that the strength of the patient-provider relationship is the single biggest determinant of care outcomes.

Culture

We are mostly front-line medical providers. We are driven by the realities that we see on the ground whether or not they match teachings from on high. We answer to data whether or not they reflect popular belief. We dare to dream and, occasionally, act big.

To live this type of professional life requires a degree of freedom to innovate, and so you will find most of us in small, often independent practices. Together, we are committed to growing the IMP community by developing and sharing the information, tools, and best practices that will enable each of us to successfully operate and succeed in an independent, patient-centered practice.
